World Series droughts?

The Cubs famously have the longest droughts of not winning (08) or even appearing in (45) the WS. It is widely know that the Indians have the 2nd longest winning drought. Who has the second longest appearance drought? I am not looking for teams that have never been, that would be the Wasington Senators- Texas Ranger franchise.
