You know, I’m with you on much of this — but allowing people to gamble with their own money, or invest their own money into building casinos or other establishments should fit pretty well with limited-government, personal responibility advocates.

Yesterday we witnessed how an out of control legislative body will circumvent its responsibilities. Straus dodged the bullet in spite of the fact Brian Hughes gave testimony under oath that he experienced a form of extortion regarding the speakership. The accusationis made under oath. A Representative lied under oath or we have corruption at the highest level. Texans must know which atrocity took place.
