Albany Lobbyist to Pay $500,000 in Pension-Fund Settlement
ALBANY – Prominent Albany lobbyist Patricia Lynch will pay the state $500,000 and will be banned from appearing before the Comptroller’s Office for five years, according to a pension-fund agreement announced Wednesday by Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.
