No, he has to register as a write in candidate in the state of Texas and he didn’t do it in time if he even tried at all, but you can look up a list here:

The election code says yes, but the secretary of state web page says he has to register (unsure of the source of law).
Texas of all places won’t count it if they can keep from doing so. You should look into what they did to squeeze out his officially elected delegates.
Vote for Baldwin, whom he supports, I guess.
I say that, faced with the same choice in California, and I can’t swear that at the last moment I won’t just throw it over and write in Ron Paul. I WANT to vote for Ron Paul.
