This week we took a look at one of our opposing political parties in our community. A special thanks to the Pickens Democratic Party for allowing us to film their meeting. The meeting featured Jay Parmley, Executive Director for the SC Democratic party, as a guest speaker. Parmley offered an extensive analysis of both the successes and the failures of his party in 2010′s election cycle, with a special emphasis on the Governor’s race and the 5th congressional districts’ race.
