seriously made me cry! i was lucky enough to be present at this historic event! i waited almost two days ina line outside the excel to get to see him and it was worth the wait!! i didn’t regret it for one moment! he filled the largest venue in the area and people were filling the streets of st. paul to watch it on the big screen outside. much like they did in time square when he gave his speech at the DNC!! simply amazing! a true moment in history!!
All of us, let’s vote.
Test
I’ve watched almost every single presidential speech this year from all of the candidates. I could barely stay awake through McCain’s. and hillary’s just made me bored. But Barack Obama’s Speech gave me shivers in my spine. When he finished this speech and the entire audience cheered and applauded for him that was the most awesome moment i’ve ever experienced and i was only watching it on TV :]
Hey, what’s with the homophobic reference in the prior comment!?!? I also love his message and his passion and his courage. He really is inspiring us to come together and build on our better selves.
I’m a man, but I can say without any fear of being called a fag that I love this man…he is the shit foreal.
This guy makes me really really really feel proud to be an American. It’s a wonderful feeling.
thank u toooooooooo senator
barack obama kept saying thank u
I was there and was able to make it in. That was the biggest line I had ever seen. I was only in the middle and we were blocks away from the actual building. If his speech wasn’t inspiring (which it definately was), seeing all those people waiting in line said it all.
Which may be a joke at the Republicans’ expense, as they (I think it was Reagan?) wanted “Born In The USA” as their campaign song at one time, obviously not realising what it was about haha.
Let’s face it: Barack Obama inspired us.
hopefully obama can change americas image all over the world because to be honest now is pretty bad
I was there they could have filled the arena twice there were so many people. The republicans wont be able to get a fraction of that in there.
hes so coooooool!
how can you not love this guy?
” The Rising ” by Bruce Springsteen. In this weeks Rolling Stone artical .Barack said he keeps Bruce Springsteen on his ipod .
what’s that song playing in the background at the end?
haha this is a slap in the face to republicans who are haveing there convention in this very arena bet obama has a bigger crowd vote obama 08
i luv this man
My buddy and I got there pretty late and for the next couple hours, people were still making their way to the back of the line. I’m not lying when I say — not one person had a frown on their face as they were walking to the back of the line, almost certainly not to get into the rally. It was like nothing I’d ever seen before.
God bless Obama. God bless America.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!
