Is it racist to claim that a black Kenyan Historian would lie about where Obama was born?

Olara Otunnu (Harvard Law, 1978) relating the remark of Kenyan historian Ali Mazrui on the oddity that a member of Kenya’s Luo tribe (Barack Obama, a Kenyan citizen and Luo tribe member from birth) may become president of the United States before a Luo tribe member becomes president of Kenya. "Town Hall Forum: An Examination of Race, Age, Gender & Religion in the 2008 Election," Harvard Law School Reunions, Oct. 25, 2008, 9:15 a.m, (Austin Hall, 1st Floor, West), at 60:17 mark.
When George Washington requested the extra special requirement of "natural born citizen" his intent was to avoid such directly inherited conflicts as to loyalty. By birth Obama is a Kenyan. That is the ONLY fact we do know, all agree on.

His birth in Hawaii does not matter. The fact that he inherited a natural law foreign citizenship from his father means that Obama is ineligible for the office of President. Obama is not a legitimate President, or Commander in Chief.

Any comment about a black person, if not in praise – is always racist as far as liberals are concerned.

    no it isn’t racist.

But it is stupid to still believe that Obama was born in Kenya. Why don’t you find something knew…. perhaps something more creative to attack Obama with? The birth certificate thing is pathetic!!!

No, it’s not racist to claim some random idiot is lying. The birther movement, however, is incredibly racist to the core. We all know Obama was born in Hawaii. It’s needlessly well-documented and completely obvious in the first place, so how about we move on to an issue that actually matters?

    NO

but it IS pure stupidity to still think that Obama was born anywhere besides Honolulu

especially after the birth record was published there on the date of birth

    UNLESS
of course you think it was a radical Muslim plot to plant the ad 40+ yrs ago and have Obama run later against a Collaborator and a Pin up and win.

    Yes.

The fact you felt compelled to mention his race proves you are a racist.

The color of his skin has nothing to do with the accuracy of his beliefs.

No it is not. Sheep like Obamaites are not interested in the truth. Obama is interested in hiding it though. He has spent millions in court to keep his birth records private. Wonder why?

seeing as his kenyan grandmother says she was in the birthing room in kenya when he was born, is it racist to believe her? He went to harvard on a foreign student loan, it is racist to bring that up? Alan Keyes has filed suit demanding to see his birth certificate and he’s a black man, is he racist too?

Birthers claim Obama was born in Kenya. Mombasa, specifically. Mombasa, at the time of Obama’s birth, did not even belong to Kenya.
    Talk about a fact-checking failure…

No, but it IS racist to claim that Otunnu ever said Obama was born in Kenya or attempt to spin his words to "prove" Obama was born in Kenya.

The listing for the audio says: "Olara Otunnu (Harvard Law, 1978) relating the remark of Kenyan historian Ali Mazrui on the oddity that a member of Kenya’s Luo tribe (Barack Obama, a Kenyan citizen and Luo tribe member from birth) may become president of the United States before a Luo tribe member becomes president of Kenya." It DOESN’T SAY that Obama was born in Kenya, it says that Obama was a Kenyan Citizen, which is because his father was. Obama was born in the US with dual citizenship.

What Otunnu DID say: "There is a prospect that the US would elect a president, a Luo president, before Kenya does… if Americans, White Americans, are prepared to elect a person of African heritage and not hold his race and ethnicity against him, what are Africans doing holding ethnicity against each other?… If Obama had grown up in Kenya on the father’s side instead of the mothers, he may have had less of a chance of becoming president of the US."

Listen to the ACTUAL tape. Same thing with the Grandmother tape, she NEVER said she was in the birthing room when Obama Jr. was born, she says she was in Kenya when he was born in Hawaii.

  21. Mystery Man Said,

Pay most anyone enough money and they will lie.
