When God made Texas he done made Perfection. So how come he done created the Rest of the World?

It eludes my all my vast intellectual powers to come and understand how come God did that.

Did he not make the Alamo? Perfect.

Did he not create Plano? Perfect.

Did he not create Anna Nicole Smith? Perfect afore she put on all that flesh and ate all them pills that made her addle brained.

Did he not fashion George W. Bush? Hell, nobody’s perfect, not even God.

So how come he done created Chicago, that den of iniquity and corruption? Yes I know it allowed for all them great Jimmy Cagney movies, but couldn’t he forsee that it would lead us to elect a scary dangerous intellectual radical as our President one day, and that day is right now?

How come he created California? I mean besides a place for Ronald By Gawd Reagan and arnold Schwarzenegger to be governor of. Couldn’t he forsee that it woyuld spawn Nancy Pelosi and gay marriages, not that there’s nothin wrong with it?

How come he made New York? Couldn’t he forsee Hillary bein Senator there and becomin Secretary of All the States?

How come he made Jooz? Moozlims? Hindoos? Them hound dog worshippin guys who live in Africa? And don’t even get me started with them John Wayne killin Mexicans.

Warn’t the good Christians he done created in Texas good enough for him?

Texas war perzactly perfect as it was. So why’d he have to go and create all that other stuff?

Why do so many young people support Obama when he is directly opposed to their class interests?

This is something I don’t understand. On all the issues most important to the younger age group, Obama is directly opposed to representing our best interests.

Obama is trying to prop up home prices above their market levels and to prevent homes from falling to reasonable prices that we can actually afford. I’m certain that most young Americans who voted for Obama do not own their own home, so isn’t it in our best interests that quality homes be available for reasonable prices (although its just speculation, I think an average size house might cost $20,000 or so if the federal government would stop propping up prices).

On the issue of health care, Obama is also against the interests of young Americans. While many young Americans choose not to purchase health insurance because it is usually not in our best interests (young adults tend to be healthy, so paying a fortune to an insurance company for health insurance we won’t use is not a smart financial decision), Obama favors the idea of Universal Healthcare, which means that everybody would be required to have health insurance.

Obama has also proposed that most bigoted of all the ageist policies governments have ever thought of, National Service. Although airheads in Hollywood have been promoting this concept and trying to convince people to lobby the Obama administration to implement it, it remains largely unknown. National Service is politician speak for a forced labor program for younger Americans (Obama proposes to target middle schools, high schools, and colleges; Rahm Emanuel, the Chief of Staff, has proposed forcing everybody between 18 and 25 to spend 3 months working for the government; Congressman Charlie Rangel proposes drafting everybody between 18 and 42 into the Army).

Obama is also a staunch advocate of Social Security, that wealth transfer program that forces the young to subsidize the old. He strongly opposes any plan to make Social Security voluntary. As everybody knows, Social Security is going to be extinct soon and nobody under 40 is ever going to see a penny of Social Security “benefits.”

Obama also proposes to escalate the War in Afghanistan, a war which even General Petraeus says is unwinnable. It is likely that Obama also plans on invading Iran and on waging a politically correct “humanitarian” intervention in the Civil War in the Sudan. This is a reckless foreign policy that is reckless that it makes the foreign policy of George W. Bush look like the responsible non-interventionist foreign policy of George Washington. With our economy crumbling, Obama promises to continue to waste money overseas destroying other countries and creating more terrorists instead of returning it to the productive (private) sector here at home.

Obama promises to continue the Federal Reserve and to allow it to destroy the value of the dollar. Instead of returning to sound money and steady permanent growth, Obama supports Helicopter Ben Bernanke’s plan to print endless streams of worthless fiat money in the hopes of counterfeiting our way to prosperity.

In contrast to Obama, Congressman Ron Paul, the libertarian Republican from Texas, would stop the government from interfering with the free market (interference that will turn this recession into a Greater Depression if not stopped), strongly opposes the Draft in all of its forms, wants to end the American Empire by bringing all the troops home immediately, favors making Social Security voluntary, favors the abolition of the Federal Reserve, and favors abolishing the IRS and replacing it with nothing. These policies would far better protect the interests of young Americans than those of Barack Obama, the president backed by the corrupt Establishment who laughably tries to portray himself as a bringer of change instead of a proponent of 4 more years of the failed Bush policies of Interventionism. Why not abandon Obama’s phony status quo policies and support the Ron Paul Revolution and real change? Big government, perpetual war, and unsound money have failed miserably again, and again, and again, Isn’t it time for a change to limited government, peace, and sound money?

Was George Bush AVOIDED himself (during May 1968) out of Viewnam War fearing Death during the WAR..?

Most people have heard something about George W. Bush pulling strings to get into the Texas Air Guard. But the press, while reporting lots of details, has done a poor job of communicating how consistently and shamelessly Bush Jr. sought and received favorable treatment while he avoided Vietnam.

Furthermore, his story has repeatedly changed — he has weaseled like Clinton at his worst and even flat-out lied when explaining what happened.

To put it in perspective, here are 9 ways Bush got favored treatment in the service due to his political connections (he was then son of a Congressman and grandson of a former Senator):
On May 27, 1968, George Bush Jr. was 12 days away from losing his student draft deferment, at a time when 350 Americans a week were dying in combat. The National Guard, seen by many as the most respectable way to avoid Vietnam, had a huge waiting list — a year and a half in Texas, over 100,000 men nationwide….. http://english.pravda.ru/world/americas/79802-2

Why do people have to have an attitude when I ask to see there ID for tobacco and alcoholic beverage sales?

I work at a convenience store in Texas and the law is if your under the age of 27 you must show ID for all tobacco and alcoholic beverage sales. Many people have an attitude when I ask to see there ID. Why? If you are old enough then you shouldn’t have a problem with it. I turn 32 this year and I still get carded for both. Thank goodness for that. It will be a sad day when I’m not asked for ID any more, because then I’ll know I look old or older than 27 any way. The response I get from most people is-Oh I don’t look like I’m 18? Hello people that’s not it. It’s if you look under the age of 27. I don’t understand why people give us customer service reps. such a hard time. We’re just doing our job and abiding by the law. Are these people going to pay my bills and serve my jail time if I get fired for not doing my job according to the law. I don’t think so. If people don’t like the laws in Texas then they can either contact there congressman or move to another state it’s as simple as that. People act as if what we are telling them is just something that we made up our self to give the customer a hard time. I really wish that every person who has ever given a customer service rep. an attitude about showing ID could spend just one day in our shoes doing our job and see what it’s really like. I can guarantee you all of them would think twice before getting an attitude again. I would love to here any legitimate reasons why people think they need to have an attitude when it comes to this issue. Thank you to any one who gives an answer.

Is the current administration polarizing America to the point of making the secessionist movement popular?

Texas and Vermont are states that recently come to mind. According to Resistnet.com more and more states are finding that their Constitutional Rights are being challenged by the Obama administration and are taking steps to counteract it.

Already, 9 states: Washington, New Hampshire, Arizona, Montana, Michigan,
Missouri, Oklahoma, California, and Georgia have all introduced bills and resolutions declaring sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment. 12 others: Colorado, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Alaska, Kansas, Alabama, Nevada, Maine, and Illinois are considering such measures. Of course, the citizens of each state would have to ratify the bill, just as they would have to vote to join the Union.
In fact, the Founding Fathers included the 9th and 10th amendments to give relief to the people from an excessively over-bearing, or dictatorial government. I believe some some of the States are considering seceding because of the trillion dollar “Generational Theft Act” which is presently being debated in the Senate.
This is not a right versus left question because most of the states that want to secede are left leaning states. Explain Vermont, New York/Long Island, Michigan, Illinois??? You lefties do not like conservative policies and want to have a living constitution that changes with the wind and Conservatives want to stick with the constitution we have and do not believe it needs to be changed. We like freedom of speech, the right to bear arms and we do not want LBJ’s or FDR’s tired old policies!

Jay Parmley Speaks to Pickens Democrats

This week we took a look at one of our opposing political parties in our community. A special thanks to the Pickens Democratic Party for allowing us to film their meeting. The meeting featured Jay Parmley, Executive Director for the SC Democratic party, as a guest speaker. Parmley offered an extensive analysis of both the successes and the failures of his party in 2010′s election cycle, with a special emphasis on the Governor’s race and the 5th congressional districts’ race. New Florida Senate President Mike Haridopolos finished writing a book on politics for Brevard Community College four years ago, getting $152,000 in taxpayer money for the effort. Getting Off on Power

Getting Off on Power
You don’t have to be a politics buff or even have to watch the news to realize what’s been going on in this country lately. The extreme frustration and sheer outrage of the people is enough of an indication that something is clearly not right. It was obvious we were in for trouble from the start when the Republicans took over the House, while the Democrats took the Senate.

Clarence Thomas was asked if he wanted to be vice president, do you think McCain should take Clarence Thomas?

Why would you take the most extremist conservative man off the bench to make him president? If Obama is the nominee McCain folks are talking about countering it with Clarence Thomas. If McCain faces Hillary McCain will pick the female Senator from Texas. Why does McCain have to pick people like this… I wish they do ask Clarence Thomas, hes one enemy we need off the bench.. to conservative to be on the bench
